York RoadDental Practice

What it costs

Three prices, set by the government.

NHS dental charges are the same at every practice in England. Whatever you need, it falls into one of three bands, and you pay that band once — however many appointments the course of treatment takes.

You pay the band, not the appointment.

Nothing hidden

You will know the figure before we pick anything up.

Whether the work is NHS or private, you get a written treatment plan with the cost on it, and nothing begins until you have read it. If a plan changes halfway through, you hear about it then, not on the way out.

Charges shown are the statutory NHS England bands in force from 1 April 2026. They are reviewed each April. Source: nhs.uk.

Rather write than ring?

Ask us to ring you back.

Plenty of people who have put off the dentist for years find the phone call harder than the appointment. Write instead. Someone from the practice will ring you at a time you choose.

This is a request, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until we have spoken to you.

Or ring 020 8449 0235. In pain right now? 07908 139390.
